Go Online in Deliverer Portal
Log in to delivery.mypahad.in. Toggle your status to Online to start receiving delivery requests in your town.

Accept and Pick Up
When an order notification arrives, click "Accept". Drive to the partner shop listed, verify the items against the packing list, and swipe "Picked Up".

Navigate and Complete
Click "View Map" to open GPS route coordinates to the customer. Once at the drop point, hand over the package, collect cash/UPI payment if it's COD, and tap "Deliver Order".
Common Questions & Issues
What should I do if the customer is unreachable?
Attempt to call the customer at least three times via the app. If they do not answer within 10 minutes, contact support dispatch immediately using the call receiver hotline to reschedule delivery.
The merchant handed me incorrect or damaged items. What do I do?
Do not pick up damaged items. Take a photo of the item, report it to the merchant, and slide the order status to "Declined - Merchant Issue" in the portal. A new order will be assigned to you.
