Set Shifts & Active Hours
Log in to your Deliverer account. Tap on the Duty Shift tab and toggle your available time blocks to receive priority local orders.

Track Daily Earnings
Check the Earnings Wallet screen in your portal. Here you can see base fares, tip payouts, distance bonuses, and complete trip summaries.

Request Weekly Payouts
Make sure your linked UPI ID (e.g. name@okhdfc) is correct. Payouts are generated automatically every Monday morning directly to your bank account.
Common Questions & Issues
How is the delivery payout calculated?
Your earning per delivery consists of a flat base fee + distance fare per kilometer + 100% of any tip given by the customer. Rainy days or late nights include additional peak modifiers.
I haven't received my Monday payout yet. What should I do?
Bank clearing processes can take up to 24 hours. If your payment is not credited by Tuesday afternoon, send a screenshot of your earnings tab to payouts@mypahad.in for instant resolution.
