Find your active order tracking
Log in to your account on the MyPahad app or main website. Click on your profile menu in the header and select My Orders.

Track Deliverer on live map
Once the merchant prepares your order, a map tracking window will display. You can view the rider's real-time position, call them directly, or chat via WhatsApp.

Submit Help Requests
If your rider is delayed or your delivery is missing items, tap the "Contact Support" button inside the order details window to reach local dispatchers.
Common Questions & Issues
Can I cancel an order after booking?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the merchant has not accepted and started preparing the order. Once preparation begins, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the item type.
How do I update my delivery address after booking?
You cannot change the address directly in the app after booking. Instead, immediately call or WhatsApp the assigned rider or support team using the link in your order summary to provide the correct location.
