Access the Leads Dashboard
Log in to your account at leads.mypahad.in. Select your designated region or "All Towns" in the sidebar.

Review Incoming Bookings
Monitor the live feed for new customer request cards. Check the details, including customer name, WhatsApp, address, and the items requested.

Assign to an Active Deliverer
Select the "Assign Deliverer" dropdown. Filter by active/online riders in that specific town. Select the rider and click "Confirm Assign" to dispatch the lead.
Common Questions & Issues
What should I do if no riders are online in a town?
If no deliverers are active, contact the partner shop first to check if they have local runners. Otherwise, call the customer to inform them of a delayed delivery window, and schedule a delivery dispatcher manually.
How do I correct errors in the customer's phone or address details?
Click on the lead card, select "Edit Details", update the incorrect fields, and tap save. Ensure you notify the assigned delivery driver of the updated details via WhatsApp immediately.
